As with all our products at 4x4HQ, they’re prepped to the highest standard, supplied with the highest quality Tape, Promotors and Surface Cleaners, and thoroughly packaged.
Before dispatch, our products are:
- Fully inspected, as part of our in-depth quality control processes
- Machine polished, to ensure the best possible finish
- Pre-taped, with 3M™ PT1100 VHB™ Automotive Grade Adhesive Tape (if applicable)
- Thoroughly protected, utilising bubble wrap and/or foam and/or packing chips (product dependent)
- Packaged in high quality cardboard boxes, fully wrapped with 4x4HQ tape and/or high-quality banding (product dependent)
Included in the box, is also:
- 3M™ VHB™ Surface Cleaner - ensuring the surface is free of contaminants, ready for application (if applicable)
- 3M™ Automotive Adhesion Promotor - ensuring the surface is best prepared for the 3M™ Tape (if applicable)
- QR code - providing access to our own fitting video and/or fitting instructions (product dependent)

Not satisfied with the product you've received?
Let the team know within 14 days via email or the Live Chat function on the website, quoting Order Number #4x4HQ and the issue you're having. The team will do everything they can to remedy the situation - if a resolution can't be agreed, a full refund will be issued, providing the product is still boxed, packaged and as new.
In the unlikely event a product has arrived damaged, please get in touch via email or the Live Chat function on the website, quoting Order Number #4x4HQ and providing pictures of the damaged products, including the box (if damaged).
We reserve the right to hold refunds until the product has been returned and checked, and the right to refuse refund if said product is damaged through negligence or incorrect fitment.
In the event of a damaged product or an incorrect item delivered, 4x4HQ will arrange the collection of the product free of charge and issue the delivery of the replacement product.
