We offer a full money back guarantee if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Return your goods for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Goods to be returned at your own cost. Contact us for a returns number and details of the returns process. 

Customised products are NOT covered under the returns policy, and no return for such shall be accepted.

Products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, purely at our discretion.

International terms and conditions of sale:-

1) Any faulty products must be returned at your own cost, we will only refund the item cost.

2) You may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. All charges of this nature will be borne by the customer.

3) Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to process.
